Return Policy
How Long Do I Have?
Regular orders can be returned within 6 months of the date of purchase.
Defective products must be returned within 1 year of the date of purchase.
What If It Doesn't Work?
If the requirements for operation listed on the snowmakers page are met
and you cannot make snow, we will issue a full refund of both product and shipping costs as well
as reimbursement for return shipping up receipt of the defect product.
What If I Just Changed My Mind?
In this case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $25 return fee
will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the product.
How Do I Send it Back?
If you have an order that you need to return, please contact us
to obtain a return number and address to return the product. We ask that you package the return
in new packaging if the original packaging was damaged during the initial shipment.
